We had the pleasure of hosting Elena Prada, a talented young painter from Bucharest, as part of our very first artist residency and collaboration. Elena brought fresh energy and a unique perspective to our coliving space, infusing it with creativity and color. Her time with us marked the beginning of what we hope will be many inspiring exchanges between artists and our community. We’re grateful to have shared this first step of the journey with her!

Following the success of our first residency with painter Elena Prada, we’re excited to open our space to more artists, thinkers, and makers in the months ahead. Our upcoming residencies will continue to explore the intersection of community, creativity, and shared living—offering a supportive environment for experimentation, collaboration, and growth.
We’re currently curating a series of residencies, pop-up events, and interdisciplinary projects that will unfold throughout the year. From visual arts and performance to workshops and open studios, our agenda is designed to foster exchange between residents and the local community.
