Yoga Classes
Monica, our certified yoga teacher (200YTT), brings over 10 years of personal practice. At Casa Pardal, we offer two types of yoga suitable for all levels:
- → Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga: Active yoga that blends dynamic flows with strong holding postures of hatha yoga, focusing on balance, strength, flexibility, and conscious breathing.
- → Yin Yoga: A more passive practice, focusing on holding poses for extended periods and conscious breathing to improve flexibility, mobility, and the body-mind connection.
Note: Yoga classes are included with your membership as a coworking member or coliver!
We also organize yoga retreats. Check our agenda for upcoming events!
Weekly Schedule
- Tuesday: 9am active yoga, 6 pm active yoga
- Thursday: 6pm yin yoga
