Monica Manso Ferrer is the person responsible for data protection at Casa Pardal.

Contact Form Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the following information:

  • Preferred check-in and check-out dates
  • Room preference
  • Your message, questions, and whether you would like to schedule a call

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, arrange your stay at Casa Pardal.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — it is in our mutual interest to communicate about your enquiry. Where an enquiry leads to a booking, the legal basis becomes the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website — such as which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where they come from. This data is collected only with your consent via our cookie banner.

Purpose: To understand how our website is used and improve it over time.

Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).


3. How Long We Keep Your Data
