The Rooms
In our coliving, we have options for all budgets and needs: shared twin room, double room with shared bathroom or private room with ensuite bathroom.

GARDEN & POOL
Lounge by the pool, barbecue with friends, or simply take in the beauty of our garden filled with fruit trees and herbs.
LIVING ROOM
A cozy space with a fireplace for communal relaxation and deep conversations.
THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped for you to cook up a storm with all the essentials you need—coffee, tea, spices, and cooking equipment.
YOGA & ARTS ROOM
A dedicated space for yoga, meditation, and creative workshops.
KITCHEN RESPONSIBILITIES
Everyone is responsible for cleaning their own dishes and keeping shared spaces tidy. We provide space for dry food and fridges for fresh items.
TRIPS & GROCERIES
Weekly trips to town for groceries and market day on Saturdays. We share grocery plans and organize trips together as a community.
COMMUNITY MEAL
We share one communal dinner each week, where we all come together and enjoy delicious home-cooked food.
LAUNDRY
Free access to the laundry with a suggested timetable for best hours of use.
CLEANING
We have 2 people that come to clean the house every 2 weeks, rooms included if you want to get the linen changed.
IN WINTER
Bring warm clothes for the colder months—spaces can get chilly, but we have a heating system that we use consciously to avoid overheating.

Prices are per person, 2nd person per room is 40% extra.
Prices include tea, coffee, homemade bread, fresh eggs, shampoo, towels and bedsheets; activities such as a weekly community dinner, yoga classes and art workshops.
FAQs
How do I get to the coliving?
If you come by car, it is easy peasy. Casa Pardal is 1 hour away from Barcelona airport. If you come by train you need to take the train to Terrassa Nord from Barcelonq Sants or Pl Catalunya station and change to Lleida Pirineus and stop in Calaf. We will pick you up there. The trip takes 2 hours, but the landscapes will not allow you to get bored.
Do you welcome pets?
Dogs and cats are welcome here, we have lots of space for them to play. You will see the extra fee when booking.
What to do around?
We have hiking routes from the house, perfect for trail running as well. Also if you cycle, Anoia is well known for cycling routes. We are surrounded by castles and small medieval towns. There are two star observatories very close by. Montserrat is 30 mins away, one of the most impressive day excursions to do in Catalonia. For climbers, one of the most famous spots you can get to is Camarasa only 1 hour away.
For sea souls Waikiki beach is our favourite beach for a day trip.
How easy is it to move around without a car?
We have some bicycles available for the members of the coliving, Calaf is the closest town with all the services that you might need, and is reachable by foot in 30 mins, by bicycle 10mins or by car 5mins. We will organize grocery car rides on a weekly basis.
What to expect during the stay?
We like to share meals, even if they are not organised and dance in the kitchen. Sit outside to read a book and listen to the birds singing. We practice yoga and we like to do art activities frequently. You could also help us with the veggie garden or taking care of our chickens. On Saturday mornings we like to go to the farmers market in Calaf, organise hikes in the area and try the local food or visit the wineries around.
What do I need to bring?
Your computer and the gadgets that you use for your daily work. All the rest is provided in the coliving: bed sheets, towels, shampoo, yoga mats and weights.
