a creative stay
Three weeks to create, explore and live in community in the island of Paxos, Greece.
9th-30th May 2027
For us, it means creating a small community in Paxos where different people, interests and creative practices can meet. Three weeks to create, explore, share and simply be together.
Three weeks among olive trees and the sea, in a small creative community of 8–12 people spread across four traditional stone houses in Paxos. A place to slow down, create, explore and simply be, just a 20-minute walk from Gaios, the island’s main town.

FAQs
Who is PAREA for?
PAREA is for artists, photographers, writers and curious minds who want to dedicate time to a personal project, explore new ideas or simply step away from their usual routine. We welcome people who enjoy creating, sharing and living alongside others.
Is pet-friendly?
As this is the first edition of PAREA, we’ve decided to keep things simple and are unable to accommodate pets this time.
What are the rates?
There are different accommodation options for the full three-week stay:
Shared twin room: €850 per person
Private room: €1,100 for one person / €1,400 for two
Private apartment (private bathroom and kitchen)
€1,400 for one person / €1,800 for two
How are shared meals organized?
We’ll prepare 3 homemade shared meals each week, just like at Casa Pardal. The cost of groceries will be shared among the group.
Can I join for a shorter stay?
PAREA is designed as a complete three-week experience, from 9 to 30 May. You’re welcome to arrive later or leave earlier if needed, but the price remains the same, as we’re reserving your place for the full stay.
How easy is it to move around without at car?
The main town of Gaios is around a 20-minute walk from the houses. There will also be an electric car available to rent at the apartments, making it easier to explore the island at your own pace.
What kind of activities will be organised?
There’s no fixed programme, leaving plenty of room to explore the island at your own pace and together with the group. Paxos is full of beautiful beaches, charming villages and traditional tavernas to discover. Boat trips can also be organised to explore the coastline and its sea caves.
Is there Wi-Fi for working?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the accommodation, so you can work online when needed. As we’re staying in the countryside on a Greek island, we recommend checking with us if you rely on a particularly stable connection for video calls or other demanding work.
How do I get to Paxos?
There are a few ways to reach Paxos:
